Delivery

DELIVERY

Unless an item is being specially made for you or ordered (anything personalised), delivery is normally within five to seven working days, often much sooner.  If it is personalised then we normally take between 10-15 working days to dispatch. If you have a query about delivery for a product which you have already ordered, please contact us at info@thepaperstar.co.uk

We take pride in giving great service, and that includes efficient delivery. However, there are rare occasions where external factors completely outside of our control can delay a parcel, despite our best endeavors, so we do ask for your patience and cooperation in these circumstances.

Delivery Charges: We offer free delivery to all UK Mainland items with one exception, our Height Chart.  While we will still cover the normal cost of the postage there is a surcharge on top of this for Zone 2 and Zone 3 with Parcel Force.

Overseas delivery is available . Delivery is charged in accordance with the size and destination address of the order. Please contact us at info@thepaperstar.co.uk for details.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty, or if you wish to return it, you must contact our customer services team within 8 working days of receiving your parcel. For damaged items you must provide photographs of the damaged item as well as the packaging with the item inside so that a claim against the courier can be made.  All returns unless faulty or damaged, are made at cost to yourself.

Items need to be returned within 28 days in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. Personalised items that are specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, fabric, message or other customised aspect that makes the item unique to your requirements and therefore cannot be resold, are non returnable unless faulty.

We will process a refund of your order payment directly to your payment debit or credit card within 30 days at the very latest, subject to compliance with the Returns Policy and Making Returns as well as Returning Items set out in our Terms and Conditions.
