Unless an item is being specially made for you or ordered (anything personalised), delivery is normally within five to seven working days, often much sooner. If it is personalised then we normally take between 10-14 days to dispatch. We take pride in giving great service, and that includes efficient delivery. However, there are rare occasions where external factors completely outside of our control can delay a parcel, despite our best endeavours, so we do ask for your patience and cooperation in these circumstances.
Standard delivery (including tracking) for UK mainland £4.95. Express Delivery is available on working days only and are for orders placed before 12pm at a charge.
Overseas delivery is available. Delivery is charged in accordance with the size and destination address of the order. Please contact us at email@example.com for details.
In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty, or if you wish to return it, you must contact our customer services team within 8 working days of receiving your parcel. All returns unless faulty or damaged, are made at cost to yourself.
Items need to be returned within 28 days in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. Personalised items that are specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, fabric, message or other customised aspect that makes the item unique to your requirements and therefore cannot be resold are non returnable unless faulty.
We will process a refund of your order payment directly to your payment debit or credit card within 30 days at the very latest, subject to compliance with the Returns Policy and Making Returns as well as Returning Items set out in our Terms and Conditions.
